About Saxon Care
Professional Quality Care
Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we take the calibre of our carers very seriously. Each carer has references and previous employment history meticulously reviewed after passing interview and recruitment processes, and is required to provide a full CRB (criminal records bureau) check.
Exceptional Staff Training
We train our staff to exceed regulatory standards and through continued training and development, we ensure the highest quality of care is both met and maintained.
Our Commitment to Improvement
At Saxon Care, we are dedicated to improving the quality and range of services we provide better every day, from supporting our carers to attaining advanced qualifications in care.
As of March 2013, Saxon Care are one of the first domiciliary care agencies in the Wiltshire area to implement electronic call monitoring. The IQTimecard system records the start, finish and duration of our visits, allows us to be in constant contact with our support workers via mobile phone technology and significantly reduces the risk of missed calls.
This is one of the many steps we have undertaken in recent months to ensure our agency continues to improve.
Achieving the Highest Standards
Our ethos at Saxon Care centres on providing reliable, professional, client-centred services. This is demonstrated by our Care Quality Commission (CQC) report for 2012 where Saxon Care was shown to be meeting the five mandatory standards imposed by the regulating body.
