Role
What does this role involve?
We are looking for somebody extra special to join our Weekend Office team as a Care Co-ordinator. The weekend team supports all three of our offices by enabling us to have a full staff outside of usual working hours and the role includes working Friday through to Monday each week from our Chippenham Office.
The role is primarily office based but will include covering care calls as and when needed and helping with on call.
Duties that will be included:
- All administration which will involve: Reviews, Spot checks, Care Plans and Auditing.
- Receiving and making calls to clients and carers.
- Take details for new referrals.
- Managing and planning staff and client rotas.
- Dealing with medication changes.
- As and when needed you will be required to cover care calls out in the community.
- You will be part of a team of 3 and will help and support each other including on call.

Requirements
Is this role right for me?
- Experience of working in the care field.
- Computer Literacy, with experience using Care rostering systems and Microsoft excel/word applications.
- Excellent telephone manner, including being confident to promote the business.
- Able to stand in for the Weekend on-call manager at operations meetings.
- To have their own transport.
- Enjoy being in an office environment.
- To be happy to travel and work in all our areas when needed to cover care calls.
- 100 % reliable and a team player.
