Assessing your needs
The first step we take is to arrange an informal appointment at a date and time convenient for you, where, with our registered manager, you can discuss you or your loved ones requirements.
We will also visit your home to finalise your requirements and complete a risk assessment.
Your care plan
Based on the assessment and the support you need, we will create a care plan tailored to your specific requirements and find the best match with one of our carers.
As well as specific care needs, the care plan also outlines times and dates of our visits, costs and terms and conditions.
Within the first month, we provide regular reviews to your care plan, ensuring you or your loved one is happy with the level of care provided. We then review your care plan at regular intervals agreed with you, allowing any necessary adjustments to be made and maintaining the same quality of care throughout.
